Everything max's out at 92 decibels – Decibel Meter - Sound Level Meter Review

I was at a rock concert, it maxed out at 92 db's. I was at the gun range. A 45 auto at 3 feet, maxed out at 92 db's. I tuned up my sterio as loud as it would go and the sound maxed out at 92 db's. This is junk being sold at 1.99.
