Cannot verify accuracy, but it registered the sound of a cat's purr and the noise of the furnace kicking on downstairs.
Seems like a great app. other than it seems to max out at 92db, not 110 as the ad says.
C'mon guys, someone needs to vett these programs so the consumer doesn't have to pay for a look at junk, this app was a total waste of time and money!!
Display will make you dizzy and give you eyestrain or vertigo. Could use some dampening to slow meter response so you could at least see the numbers fly by more slowly.
Ok this app does not max out at 110 it maxes out @92. Apple u want a refund why would u approve an apple that doesn't dobwhat it says it does not worth 1.99
This app is not accurate. I am a sound engineer and it registers sounds at least 10 db louder than they actually are.
I went in my friends car and he's got to 12 inch kickers and the thing maxed out at 108 db. But earlier I said hello to my microphone testing it out and went to 92 db so idk
I was at a rock concert, it maxed out at 92 db's. I was at the gun range. A 45 auto at 3 feet, maxed out at 92 db's. I tuned up my sterio as loud as it would go and the sound maxed out at 92 db's. This is junk being sold at 1.99.
It was just OK. I found that a .99 cent version was much better and easier to use.
