Perfect app for managing papers. Reader could use improvements. – Mendeley (PDF Reader) Review

The most common use of this app in mobile devices would be to read papers, unlike desktop app where it would mainly be used for managing library. Given that, I'd expect the reader to have more features, or allow external annotations.
