Buggy, Buggy, Buggy – Mendeley (PDF Reader) Review

How is it that Mendeley gets buggier with every update--maintenance or otherwise? The idea for this application is perfect, and the execution, far from it. The latest and greatest errors one can expect from this update: annotations and highlights duplicating and duplicating again, so that one is inundated with many multiples of one's original marks on a document. And, of course, the "notes" section continues to ignore line breaks. Why anyone would pay for this service is beyond me.
