Stopped functioning – Snapchat Review

This app is one of my favorites but it has MAJOR glitches!!! When it stopped loading today I logged out and attempted to log back in because that has worked in the past but when I try to log back in it says I have 'no connection' while I am on wifi with 4 bars of service! Please fix this issue before my beloved snapchat streaks vanish
