Great app – Pictophile Pro - Convert Video to Gif With Built in Gif Editor | Maker | Creator Review

Only problem I have is when making gifs, if you add an image layer, you cant set the picture the same size all the way through the frames. You have to hope you resize them all the same size, which is near impossible
