?updated review? Zero stars – Ruzzle Review

A friend told me Ruzzle was lots better now, so I said I'd give it another shot. It seems a lot of the cheaters have been rousted out, which is good, but now there are glitches. I scored almost 4000 points in a tournament and it won't record my score. It also won't refill my ink bottle with coins and won't refill by doing the boards in tournaments. I've now learned that any score over 3000 points won't show up or be credited. So I contacted Ruzzle and imagine that ... I got no help at all. So... Yeah I'll be deleting it again. Geez. Pathetic. Yeah... After all this time the same old same old is still happening. Cheat programs that give people 11,000 points in a tournament, random players that lose once or twice to me and suddenly they can't get a score under 7000 for the next ten games... Snore. Deleting Ruzzle permanently. Obviously they aren't going to add any new levels, they don't care if people cheat, and they still don't have anything to spend coins on besides ugly profile avatars and ink, which isn't even a good deal. It just gets more boring by the day. I didn't play for a long time because it got boring and when I'd play random opponents they'd lose one game then suddenly be unbeatable over the next 20 games... Yes, the sore-loser-cheater-people, who didn't pay attention in spelling, and didn't learn big words. Then came the new tournaments. It seemed cool, I even won one of them. It's good practice for the brain and fun. Ten days later I can't score even half of what I normally do, and suddenly people are winning tournaments with scores of nearly ten thousand points. Then that very same person wins the next tournament with nearly five thousand. See the pattern? And Ruzzle has an "anti-cheat"? Yeah ok. I'm done. I wonder where all the honest people go to play games. It ain't Ruzzle. Cheaters ruin everything eventually. Love the game but I had to uninstall my paid for version due to it suddenly locking up - when I reinstalled it I then get ads, all my stats were gone and I couldn't access full word option, etc. The only way apparently to stop the ads (which seemed to lock up the game even worse than the original problem) was to pay for it again. (No, restoring it wouldn't work either, yes I tried it. I like Ruzzle but I'll be damned if I'll pay for it again after this. You've got my six bucks you won't get more - next time I'll drop it from my games and recommend my friends do the same.
