Pretty good app but not perfect – Grocery iQ Review

I've really enjoyed using this app. I've been using it for about 2 months. It's easy to add items with the barcode scanner. One improvement in this area would be to allow a manual override for times the scanner doesn't recognize. The user could scan Google for a picture of the product if he scanner doesn't recognize the barcode and associate the new pic with the barcode to be recognized as the product. I like the ability for multiple users and the ability to add additional stores. I would like the ability to add additional categories (isles) because I use this to add items I would purchase as a hardware store or other types of stores that's not a grocery store. I like the app and find it quite useful. There are improvements I would like but those don't detract from the usability of the app. I do wish the user could submit requests and suggestions to the app developers rather than having to use a review as a means of communication. 25 May 2016 I'm still using the app and it's still quite useful for me. While reading my previous review, the faults remain the same, especially the inability to contact the developer with questions and suggestions. I really like to use this app in other stores such as Target, Home Depot, etc. and it would be great to have customizable aisles. I would like to option to look to Google to find pictures of items that are not shown in the apps listing. These things are minor and are wants but don't take away from the original use of the app. I like the app and will continue using it.
