After day one... – C25K® 5K Run Trainer & Coach Review

I am hooked! It lets you listen to your own music and plays right through it. No need to look at the app or the treadmill. It's easy to get caught up in 30 minutes of running bliss. I hate running and I actually got something out of this. Nice job C25K!
