App doesn't know my flights unless I enter the confirmation number – Alaska Airlines Review

The Alaska air app is mostly as functional as others but does not know what flights I have until I manually enter the confirmation code. This is an odd failing as all other airline apps know who I am and show my upcoming flights as soon as I open the apps. I'm already logged into the app and it knows my FF number, so Why can't Alaska air find my flights with that info?
