The community is great and always active. Occassionally there's a bad user, but they are quickly dealt with by the admins. You can create your own gifs, convert videos to gifs, and a lot of other stuff with the photo/gif tools. You can also customize your account and make it unique and your own. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking to make a friend and laugh.
