Froze. Not working – Pic Slice Free – Picture Collage, Effects Studio & Photo Editor Review

DL this app yesterday. Wasn't satisfied so clicked on choice to upgrade and paid for it. The screen then froze and now will do nothing. Unusable. Would like a refund.
