Useless – Pic Slice Free – Picture Collage, Effects Studio & Photo Editor Review

You can cut your photo into little or big pieces and choose among 15 "wallpaper" backgrounds (whoopee-do!) but forget about merging two different photos as advertised (or selecting your own background.) ..and I paid for the upgrade! What a waste of money. Deleted.
