When I start to try this App I could hardly run 1 mile! Now after using this App for a year and tried multiple plans of it, a 10k run is my routine run per week :D I could lost about 45 lbs with running and controlling food I eat.
The only issue is that this App can not use wifi to track you run. That is my only concern.
