Can't even set up an account – Volumes Turn Up Your Audiobook Review

Did anybody bother to test this app? On the "create an account" screen, after typing in the email address and moving to password, the email address disappears. I wouldn't mind using the Sign in using Facebook option only the keyboard won't move out of the way. Fail #2 Come on guys: setting up an account. That's pretty basic stuff.
