Complaint – City Of Secrets 2 Episode 1 Review

I just started playing this game. I tried submitting the following email to the designer's website: YOUR IPHONE APP OF "CITY OF SECRETS 2: EPISODE 1" HAS CAPTIONS (OR SUBTITLES) BUT THEY MOVE TOO FAST. PLEASE SLOW THEM DOWN OR MAKE IT SO THEY DON'T MOVE UNTIL WE TAP THE SCREEN? The message failed to send. This is causing me issues because there's no sound and no speech, so without being able to read the subtitles, I can't figure out what to do next. I just saw "Pocopane" flash across the screen after a bunch of subtitles flew by.
