Awful customer service – Polaroid IP Cam Viewer Review

We have had this app for years and a few weeks ago, it just stopped working. Upon opening the app, we receive an error and ask if we'd like to send a report to the developers. Sending the email opens a ticket and triggers an automated response advising they will be in touch usually within 5 days. Well, 3 weeks later, I have yet to hear from anyone, even from their Facebook page and sending a direct email to their info@ email address. The app WAS good, but this is not ok! Had to change a positive review to a negative one. Very poor customer service.... Actually, can you call nonexistent customer service poor??
