Good app for pan/tilt control

This app functions well for viewing the Polaroid IP200B cameras. My only complaint is that the app continued streaming the video when the phone was locked. I setup port forwarding so I could view the cameras away from my house, so when I left my house my whole 4GB data plan was eaten in one afternoon. I would love to see an update to this app that only streamed the video when the app was actively being viewed.

A shame when hardware requires you to buy a faulty app. Crashes every time it opens.
Awful customer service

We have had this app for years and a few weeks ago, it just stopped working. Upon opening the app, we receive an error and ask if we'd like to send a report to the developers. Sending the email opens a ticket and triggers an automated response advising they will be in touch usually within 5 days. Well, 3 weeks later, I have yet to hear from anyone, even from their Facebook page and sending a direct email to their info@ email address. The app WAS good, but this is not ok! Had to change a positive review to a negative one. Very poor customer service.... Actually, can you call nonexistent customer service poor??

Worked great for around 2years, started crashing after IOS 8.2 or somewhere around there...sent multiple crash reports. Been down for over year, no updates available or customer service either...complete fail now... :(
