No stars – Hailacab Houston Review

Horrible service . Cabs are never really "1-3" mins away as the screen projects . I check the estimate but drivers purposely drive slow to add more fare. Drivers aren't even familiar with the roads so they delay me with trying to load gps and some even ask me for directions . Show up late and don't even greet you but ask for a tip at end of ride . Horrible customer service
