It's 2018 and cabs are still having a hard time dealing with credit cards. Only options for payment are cash and "account," whatever that means.
Better off calling

This app wouldn't let me input my credit card info in, so I wasn't able to get a cab. I was better off calling in. It would be nice if the app told you your taxi was at your building, but it doesn't.

Love the app! Now when I try to book a cab, it tells me that the booking has failed. Please fix this.

This app is awesomeness! Not only can you know what cab is on it's way to pick u up. But it also tells u exactly where the cab is from your pick up address! I recommend this app to anyone!!
App doesn't work
We need UBER
Three different times requested cab. Had to call every time bc app said booked but never assigned cab. Yellow cab is kicking back local politicians to keep UBER out...UBER actually works and is a better product. Don't use app, just call yellow cab.

Low availability and sometimes cabs don't come. We Need better options than this. All these positive review make me wonder whether any of are real users. This is not any of my experience.
