Doesn't work with latest iOS – dv Prompter Review

We purchased the hardware and even this iPad to run this app for a cheap portable TelePrompTer. All to discover from a phone call to customer service that this app doesn't work properly with iOS 9.2. Very unfortunate, given that Apple has ceased signing 9.1, making a downgrade impossible.
