Unresponsive support – Editorial Review

They have a bug in their iPad version for iOS9 which prevents messages from being displayed properly. I have submitted three reports via email and one on the Tech Support bulletin board but have heard NOTHING from this company. Because I need something that works, I purchased another editor which supports both Markdown and Fountain syntax: Write for iPad
