App won't let me enter goals – Touch Goal Lite (Goals/Habits Tracker) - Manage Your Everyday Life Review

The goal page gets stuck in the middle, making it impossible to scroll up or down, and doesn't provide a save goal button. Pretty useless if I can't even enter anything.
