Program is great but has video ads – AD HelpDesk Lite Review

Great program, awesome for handling those annoying users who insist on ignoring messages about password expiration. The video ads and full screen ads are super annoying and hard to close at times...the ads alone are annoying enough to make me want the paid version...though I really want to be cheap and use the free version.
