Thanks, this app works without a hitch. I set it up through VPN tunnel and it just works.
I'm using built in L2TP VPN connection to my network. Because Apple's DNS won't work over VPN this app can't authenticate (because it can't find a DC). It would help if you could add an ip address for a DC and the domain name so the app didn't have to rely on DNS.
This is the absolute best app ever! We were looking for a solution to manage AD accounts in a mixed environment for our Mac teachers to reset passwords. We've tested and this app works great for us!
This app works great. Works over VPN and also works if you have a direct wireless connection to your domain like wpa enterprise with remote access policies. Coupled with pocket cloud , you need nothing else.
I have been very happy with this application. I like the ability to reset password and send via SMS. I have not had any issues with this app. I will be purchasing / donating to the developer for their handy work.
Just had to connect to my corporate VPN via my iPhone and can quickly unlock accounts and reset passwords on the go. Now those calls don't annoy me as much. :) thanks!
