No customer service – Wakeup call alarm: Alarm clock that makes a wakeup phone call Review

I have had two instances where the customer service has failed. 1) The app did not update with daylight savings time and my alarms started occurring while I was on my way to work. When I contacted help with a full description, they asking me to describe the problem, but the email address wasn't good. So I never received a solution. 2) when I deleted and reinstalled the app, it recognized me but my subscription had expired. I renewed my subscription but the app still shows expired. I contacted help three times and I only get automated responses. No help and it is still "expired." Don't bother with this. They take your money and provide no service.
