I love this app.. It is exactly what you need !! I can sleep thru my alarm sometimes but something about the phone ringing gets you up!! I was having some minor issues with the app.. Contacted customer service and he was very concerned and extremely helpful..

I have had two instances where the customer service has failed. 1) The app did not update with daylight savings time and my alarms started occurring while I was on my way to work. When I contacted help with a full description, they asking me to describe the problem, but the email address wasn't good. So I never received a solution. 2) when I deleted and reinstalled the app, it recognized me but my subscription had expired. I renewed my subscription but the app still shows expired. I contacted help three times and I only get automated responses. No help and it is still "expired." Don't bother with this. They take your money and provide no service.

Gives you one free call then has two options a monthly $0.99 plan or annual $9.99 plan. Except only the annual option works. Waste of time.
