Game does not work – Do You Want to Build a Snowman? Review

Wish the same as others that I would have read reviews! My granddaughter was do excited to get game but does not work well! Items are under the new project sign so keep hitting it even when trying to be careful and everything disappears and have to keep starting over! Please fix!
