Gonna make you sweat – 300 Kettlebell Challenge: The GB Workout Challenge Series Review

Really great work out. I use it as a finisher after mild/mod cardio days. It's a really nice collection of KB exercise for a fast whole body workout. I am typically crying for it to end with the squat presses. Only drawback is the no ability to play music when the timer is going. Not a big problem as I have the exercises memorized and just use the iPad timer. Another cool add on would be a small log to track completion times. But hey it's a free app
