The six exercises in this app are great for getting started with kettle bells. Instructor is easy to understand and does a great job of demonstrating the moves. It does not have a bunch of bells and whistles, but I don't need fancy for free. Look forward to this instructors other apps. Thank you!
I use this app at least 3 times a week. Great app for those who need a quick workout while on the road.
The kettlebell workout on this app is simply amazing! The challenge itself is worth the money and I'd highly recommend this app.
I can't play my music during the workout timer. Otherwise it's awesome!
I modified the challenge by using 2 kettlebells 4kgs each (home), and do 10 reps each exercise, great workout. This app is very good! I am 65 years old.
Nice app great workout. It'll work you out . When my iPhone goes to sleep. The timer stops. I have to turn my phone back on and it eats up time there. So the time I have posted or tweeted is incorrect. Workout. Not for beginners. No mention of how to work up to this. It's just a do this. I could because I've experience with KB. But the challenge is great. Fix the timer so my phone can sleep
Really great work out. I use it as a finisher after mild/mod cardio days. It's a really nice collection of KB exercise for a fast whole body workout. I am typically crying for it to end with the squat presses. Only drawback is the no ability to play music when the timer is going. Not a big problem as I have the exercises memorized and just use the iPad timer. Another cool add on would be a small log to track completion times. But hey it's a free app
