Can’t view purchased editions – House & Garden Review
Updating previous review: repeated emails to as many email addresses at Conde Nast as I can find have gone unanswered. Thus, I have reduced the rating to 1 star and cancelled my subscription.
Firstly, I’d like to state that this is a great magazine, and I have purchased many editions for the iPad.
However, after the most recent update to the App, I can’t access any of the previously bought editions. In fact, it seems that all I can do is to re-purchase them!
Emails to Conde Nast Support outlining the problem are not answered, and I am extremely disappointed by this.
Please fix!!
