It is a real treat to read. I also have a subscription. This is a very English look for Americans. Very different from what you might have expected. Always beautifully photographed. A fantastic source to furnish your home with. Superb for ideas on mixing furniture and for color.
I purchased a subscription a month ago and was never able to download the issue. I contacted the developer but received no response. Luv the magazine, but sadly the poor customer service and unresponsive app leave me no choice but to cancel my sub.
Updating previous review: repeated emails to as many email addresses at Conde Nast as I can find have gone unanswered. Thus, I have reduced the rating to 1 star and cancelled my subscription. Firstly, I’d like to state that this is a great magazine, and I have purchased many editions for the iPad. However, after the most recent update to the App, I can’t access any of the previously bought editions. In fact, it seems that all I can do is to re-purchase them! Emails to Conde Nast Support outlining the problem are not answered, and I am extremely disappointed by this. Please fix!!
This app STILL does not work with the iOS 8.1 upgrade on the iPhone 6 plus. When will you resolve this problem? The app just opens to a blank white page. This is really frustrating and is pushing me to cancel my subscription for services not delivered! Please fix the app a.s.a.p.!
