Only work within home wifi network – IP Cam Soft Pro Review

I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!!!! Only work within home wifi network, I cannot monitor my home from a block away, piece of crap!!! I cannot even manage my camera basic features, waste of time, please give me back my money!!!!!!!!!
