I’ve had success with the app in the past, but now get a “document error” message for every issue that I try to open. Not sure what is wrong.
Great content; poor usability

Really love all the content. The search feature is great. But certain issues are blank. At least 95% load, but are really hard to read on my iPhone 7plus. I can read other book and magazine apps well on my phone, but even if I zoom in, it’s cumbersome to navigate. And I can’t rotate my phone to manage the text at a larger size. Like the app, just don’t love it yet.
iPad issues don’t fully load

This app is awesome on my iPhone but not all of the images load on my iPad. And I’d rather read on my iPad.

Great way to read my favorite brewing magazine. Whether on the go or at home, this app makes reading the magazine easy and comfortable. Easy to navigate. For these aging eyes, the ability to size the text works great. Not to mention being able to get all the back issues in one place.
Hope this app gets fixed soon

Great to see that this app is available. However, it hasn't worked yet, despite the recent update. Downloads never appear to finish.

Modified my Review from 1 star to 5. It was a rough start with the launch of this app but this final release seems to have fixed many of the annoying bugs which made it useless. Also new modifications allow for background loading & provide a better status of download. AWESOME! Thanks for listening and fixing this quickly!

-Doesn't support offline viewing. (Useless to me if it doesn't work in "airplane" mode.) -Crude document viewing (no intra-doc links, e.g. from the TOC)

Version 1.3 adds yet another dimension to this faulty app. If your device times out (sleep) while the issue is downloading, it will permanently get a "Document Error" when trying to open that issue, with the only way to fix is delete the entire app and start over. The download should either pause/resume, re-download if its corrupt!! Try again AHA!!
