YES YES YES.

e.h.s...

This app is so great! It is great for anyone. I love all the options that it gives and that it tracks how hard you are working if you have an Apple Watch. It has allowed me to learn more workouts and step out of my comfort zone! 10/10 would recommend this app!! Also I love how you can be coached and listen to music at the same time. Such a little thing but is awesome!!

Can’t set up without subscribing to premium

Allegany Dave

Once you allow access to Health, a “Learn More” about Premium pops up and won’t go away until you sign up for premium. That’s not “Learning More” - that’s being held hostage. I wanted to try this app, but it won’t let me “try.” So it gets one star since I was never actually allowed to evaluate it.

Perfect App!! Quick & effective! Exactly what I was looking for!!

Great except very inaccurate calorie counting

Sade A.

I’ve loved this app for years. It’s a great replacement for or supplement to a gym membership. BUT, I wish they’d let Apple Watch calculate calories for you based on your height/weight. Whatever formula they use is way off ... for example, while the body burner workout is great, I definitely don’t burn 400 calories doing it. Please update the app so that it uses apple watch’s more accurate calorie estimates. Thanks!

It's a nice idea, but...

The concept does have promise, but they need to get a certified trainer on board for their audio routines. Support was only able to tell me that Vix (their resident trainer) has a degree in exercise science, which is not enough. As far as I am concerned, she got that 20 years ago. Where's the certification that tells me her knowledge is current and she can therefore be trusted? They couldn't tell me. That was my cue to walk away, because I won't commit long-term to a program that doesn't have a trainer who I can confirm is certified.

As soon as I downloaded this app my email was inundated with spam! "Hot girls", Nigerian prince ploys...e Harmony and on and on. Thanks a lot!

Taken over by annoying YouTube stars

mamacats2010

I loved the app when I could use it for a quick 7-10 minute body weight workout in the morning. I could pick my focus for the day- legs, core, upper body. It was my go to for over a year and I had a rockin bod. And it was the only workout app I found made just for women. Now the routines have been mixed up, looped to 20-30 mins, and, worst of all, are voiced over by a patronizing influencer who doesn’t even do the workouts. None of these things appeal to me so I’m looking for a new app to help get my booty back.

I love it
