Hesitant? Don’t be!

roniduck

I looked and tried TONS of workout apps before finding this one. They were all expensive and complex. This app is simple and to the point. There are three workouts put together each week, each under 30 minutes (not including your own stretch time). They show you videos of the movements before you start, and then while you workout so you know what you are doing. This app also links you to playlists that change from week to week that match with your workout that day. If three workouts are not enough for you, there is a short library containing a few more, and more resources on healthy living. Overall a great app, and these workouts are kicking my butt so far, even though they are only around 30 minutes, I get hot and sweaty fast. I hope it helps me on my weight loss journey. If you still aren’t convinced, sign up and do the free 1 week trial. You will love it! :)

Getting stronger every week!

Very easy to follow!

I love how a video demonstration goes with each exercise and we can incorporate our own exercises. Would love to see more variety though.

Price.

I like the app and i think the price is fair. But why don’t give me the option to pay monthly? I’m sure you guys will get alot more subscribers if the a option to pay monthly. I can pay monthly bu I can’t afford to pay one payment.

Pls read it will help ur experience

Okay I use this app a lot but I get annoyed easily with it. Don’t get me wrong it’s an awesome app, but it makes you pay for workouts and it’s annoying. It gives u a limit per month. And also when you use a machine and put it in the app it gives an estimate. I think there should be an update so we could put in the right calories and so we don’t get annoyed when it estimates. Overall it’s an awesome app but can use some adjustments.

This is the Workout Routine You’ll Actually Stick With

I started working out with Zova over two months ago and have yet to miss a week, which is saying something considering how many times I have tried to get on a consistent exercise routine in the last few years. The workouts are just long enough to break a sweat and short enough that they actually fit into my schedule. Best part is not having to think about it, scroll through all the options/videos, or design a “perfect” workout for the day - it’s already set up and waiting for me whenever I have time to workout.

New Apple TV remote

pdcstqn

Can you please update the workout ratings feature (which asks if your workout was too easy, too difficult, or just right at the end of each workout) to work with the newer Apple TV remotes (from 2020 and onward)? Otherwise, love this app - one of my biggest challenges is how to get in an effective workout with little space, not much equipment, and few ideas for effective workout moves. This app allows me to get a sweat going with just a mat - and in 30 minutes all in, including stretching, I’m done. It’s been a physique-saver!

Not as advertised and zero support

CAVESS

I was so excited when I first found zova, and despite a little lag/difficulty getting started it ended up working well enough for the free trial that I bought the yearly subscription. About a week after I bought it, Apple Music and my watch just quit syncing with it. Could not get it to work no matter what I tried. Then, when I tried to use it on Apple TV, none of the heart zone workouts appeared. I have contacted Zova support about these items in three separate emails over three weeks and have heard nothing. I was also charged a mysterious extra $29.99 on top of the $69.99. So $100 later with crickets from Zova support, I’m left with an app that is no better than free workouts I can get off of YouTube. Don’t buy this app! You will not be supported!

Almost 2-years and still loving it!

I love Zova! My ability has varied over the last couple years, but Zova has stayed as my daily go to. I like that I can choose my intensity based on how I feel for the day. Some days I use it on my Apple TV and some days on my phone. I can take it anywhere and that’s nice. I’ve been using the singles each day and I’m still not bored of it. I’m looking forward to trying one of the pre-built Longer̾ sessions soon. My family loves the workouts and stretching and everyone finds something that works for them. Thanks Zova!
