Love the videos that play along as you do the moves to show you how it’s done. They have the sections listed out by area: arms, legs, full body, etc. I feel like I can do these exercises anywhere without a gym. Feedback: What would make this app perfect is to have the added value of the guided voiceover saying helpful tips like “draw in your lower stomach and breathe out after you come up.” Or something along those lines (I’m not a fitness instructor). I find free YouTube workout videos to have these instructions. I think there should be a toggle button in settings where you can add this “extra help” mode and it could be left off for those who don’t need it. It adds more guidance than just showing the moves visually and the users will get better value out of their workouts and it would set this app apart from other workout apps.
