Love the service but the app is lacking

ZNO is a great service, I'm very happy with it. The phone app is very limited. It links to your account but your cart is completely separate from the one you see through a browser. Actually, almost all of the browsers featured to create, update and order products are not accessible through the app. Hopefully that will be added in future updates.

I ordered a custom book from them and it was really great quality. Everyone loved it and it looks great to give as a gift with the presentation box. Very nice. The app is horrible and needs to be updated ASAP

A really enticing app if only it could deliver! Mobile app is VERY limited. In fact, I was unable to even place an order after taking the time to customize one of Zno's "little black books". I tried several (like 10) times and as soon as I hit the order button, it immediately came back with a bogus "order cancelled" message without even attempting to upload my pics. Bogus because it goes on to say they can't be uploaded because they've been deleted from my phone - scary but no, they had not! After numerous attempts to reach out to Zno via phone (can NEVER get through) I sent an inquiry via email. I was asked if I was using a wi-fi or cellular connection- why should it matter? I was also asked if the pics had been "altered" using another app - of course I use an editing app, who doesn't? Finally, they said the pic files were too large and I'd have to use their website from a pc or laptop. So why have a mobile app at all - we're all uploading pics from our phone, potentially using wi-fi and editing pics before we print and publish them in a book. I was immensely disappointed! So glad I did not pay for this app. Consider yourself warned - app is very limited, buggy and a total waste of time with inadequate customer support!

I ordered a canvas and a framed picture and I was very happy with the quality of them both especially for the low price and discounts that they always email with. I will be ordering from them some more!

I ordered a photo book from Zno and payed extra for priority shipping but it never came. Phone support is nonexistent as no one will answer and no one got back to me on my message sent to them online. Do not waste your money!

Similar to the other customers who reviewed this app, I believe it to be a waste of time and I'm also happy I didn't pay for it. I took the time to load 24 pictures, rearrange them, edit them, etc. etc. and as soon as I placed the order I got a response back from the app that the order was canceled because the pictures were removed. I won't use it again until they fix it
