Absolutely awful

Believer2006

How can you buy a book of memories when it won't even allow you to choose the photos you want or to add a title or a caption?! FAILED IDEA ✋️

Way too buggy.

Haipey

App crashed multiple times while making my book. Didn't give me the option to pick the album for "favorites" in my photos, so I had to save them to a new album to upload them. Everytime I went to upload a new picture it reset to the very top of the photo album, so I had to scroll all the way back to the pictures I was uploading. It was just inconvenient and very time consuming. After I finally had my book together, I went to add it to the cart and it said "photo not available" It didn't tell me which one of the 30+ photos didn't load. Gave me no options to delete the faulty photo. Just said "sorry, guess which one." I tried a few before I gave up and just ordered from Shutterfly..

First book and big disappointment

JenP123

Tried the facebook timeline- all my pictures were super dark and hazy. Really disappointing and waste of money

Won't use again

I am shocked that in the era of quick turn around and free shipping this company has neither... I ordered two tiny books last week and had to pay $5 each shipping plus it won't get to me for another week. I haven seen the quality yet, so perhaps my mind will be blown. But really a 10+ day turnaround is silly. So today I finally got my order...mind you I place my order on the 4th and it is now the 16th. There is a random picture of a woman in a purple dress sitting on someone's porch...I have no idea who it is and I think I am missing a picture that I had sent, but when I went to check the file that I had sent there was no way to do it. This is stupid because if I wanted to reorder a set and swap out a few I can't. I don't think I will be a return costumer. And quite frankly I don't think they care.

Needs work

You can place an order and the layout maker is pretty good, but you can't access previous projects or create projects that can be viewed on the actual site. It's convenient, yet the lack of features makes it risky to purchase something through the app.

Doesn't work

Continue to receive "connection error"

App not worth the time

FeedUseless

Certain products are only on Desktop version. You cannot buy a book made from the mobile app and buy it on the computer. Well technically you can buy it but the photos won't process and 3 days later they will cancel your whole order. The software does not keep a copy of your book so if you want to try to waste your time again you will have to start from scratch. I thought I'd try this app after seeing all the promotions on Facebook but I do not recommend it. I'm sticking to FreePrints Photobooks.

Won't upload

rellabob

I tried uploading 10 pictures and it wouldn't load more than 1. Went as far as 3, but the order was placed with only 1 picture. Supposed to be 10. Buggy mobile app. Nice idea, but not until it gets resolved. And my order got placed with only one 1 picture. Should cancel, but maybe it won't be.

Silly to have to upload all your pictures at one time

Jazinta

They make you upload the requisite number of pics all at one time- you can build an album over time or save it without adding 24 or 30 images right off the bat. Think this is a UX flaw.

This app is horrible

Cyrus Blades

The app does not allow you to add more than 1 of the same item to your cart. So if you want multiple canvas print or whatever you'll have to make a bunch of separate orders. The discounts or sales they offer do NOT apply to your order when you go to your cart or when you check out. You're paying the full price. The shipping is insanely expensive.
