Great idea - horrible app

Liferpie

The app only allows you to create one little black book at a time, and I’ve tried about 10 times. Additionally, if your shipping address and billing address are different and you try and change the billing address, you can’t scroll down to hit the update button, therefore, you can’t updating your billing address and can’t place an order

Worked For Me!

I see that lots of people had troubles with the app, but I was able to navigate it just fine and my book came out so beautiful and perfect. I got the regular-sized black book with a hardcover for just $20 (this price is with shipping included). It has the potential to be considered small by some but I personally wanted it to be a sturdy, handy little book. (For a small upcharge you can get a much bigger size, I just wanted to see how the original would come out before i made too big a purchase.) When mine arrived today, the first thing I noticed was the weight. They feel like very good quality. The pages are cardboard (similar to that of a children's book), and print your photos with a nice matte finish that doesn't smudge. Since the pages are a nice cardboard, the book comes out thick and sturdy, which I like. The only thing I feel should be mentioned is that the shipping and processing takes a while. I would order yours a month in advance to when you need it just to be completely safe. Since it is completely customized, I'm sure this makes each order take more time. You don't find many good quality personalizable items on the market that often, but I really recommend this. It makes a really special gift and looks great as coffee table center pieces. I will be purchasing more as Christmas presents. I loved what I got.

Good quality

Took a few weeks to get it shipped, but great quality little book!

App Stuck on last step

Walmart love

The app was ok to create a little black book but then when I️ tried to order it is stuck on s screen that says it can’t find the photo on my phone. The only option is “ok” but then I’m back to the same error- no back button or way to move forward. Likely lost my work if the photos were never uploaded.

Works sometimes

When trying to print wall art this app will NOT find pics in your recent camera roll. I recently edited and found older pics and saved them to my camera roll to have printed through the app and it simply won’t work. Has worked ok for photo books. Have reached out 3+ times to developers to have bugs and glitches fixed with NO response. Their grammar seems like it’s from over seas. Unreliable.

A few rough edges

Ericg2

I have to type my address and credit card info in! It won’t even let me autocomplete the fields like Safari can?!? Why not embrace one-click Apple Pay?

Little black book

didi789

I’ve ordered 4 little black books and some pictures on wood. I love love love the books. Such an excellent product and pretty easy to do from phone. I’m only giving 4 stars due to the crashing while creating my books. I always upgrade to the hard cover! Worth every penny. The more you use the easier it gets!

Zno Errors (R C)

serento01

Zno ordered three books third book they cut the heads off in family photo book, had to reorder book only getting discounted on reorder. Refused to fix error without reorder.

Almost.

The app is neither intuitive nor flexible enough. It does railroad you away from discounts and offers, which is shady. The quality of the finished product would be excellent - if only it didn’t cut off the edges of images. I’d steer away from full page images because of it. Would I use the app again? Sure. But only after taking its limitations into account.

Love Zno but app is limited

Memin98

I love ZNO and always have used them for their services always have sales and good stuff, but the app does not carry all the products that the desktop does. So people that are not going to the actual desktop are missing out on a lot of products because of the app.
