set up under iOS13.x.x does not work. trying to add cameras and there is no way to select a wifi network to which to connect to. it ONLY shows network name Wi Fi. it does not recognize network being connected to.
Camera turns pink continually even after changing mode!! Do they exchange it? I read this occurs to everyone wish I would’ve read the reviews before!! Not happy!!
Have to view an ad any time you want to open the application to view a security alert . This is unacceptable. Anytime you receive an alert and open the app - zmodo may block opening the app to show you an ad for a service they are selling Zmodo’s response ? A copy-paste comment about troubleshooting! ?
I could never connect this doorbell and tech support was nonexistent. I assume bad firmware or WiFi radio in the doorbell. The app is just as bad. I tried to get a refund but their support never responded and then it was too late to return. I got the Ring doorbell and it connected on the first try and I’ve had zero problems with the Ring app. Save your time and sanity and get literally anything else besides the Zmodo doorbell.
Super disappointed. I spent five hours trying to connect my cameras via Zink or QR Code and the app just freezes now after the latest iOS update. I tried Zmodo support for another two hours and they could not help me. The “engineer” with English as a second language stated they would contact a supervisor to help me connect and and haven’t received a response since. All this money I’ve spent on cameras and now they are useless. I will never use Zmodo products again.
Cameras are always going offline on this mobile App..My cameras are wired & I have full bars phone & internet service. Very disappointed!! This needs to be fixed !!

The second the WiFi goes out everything pretty much gets reset and the cameras show up as “offline” even though they are showing up on the hub connected to a tiny monitor. So each time this happens I have to re-add each camera back so it works in this awful app. It literally takes 4-6 hours to get it running again.
The like the cameras and the hardwired system for the house but the app is garbage. Constantly has to refresh, randomly stops recording so I cant view any playback(it does record on the dvr inside so it not completely hopeless), motion alarm goes off but when you click on the notification it brings you to the home screen. Looking for a new system ?
Please update this app. I cant view my cameras when needed. It’s soooo slow and freezes A LOT!!!
