If I could give them zero stars, I would! I made the mistake of buying their cameras a year ago and I’m regretting it now! I emailed them about a malfunction with one of their cameras over 6 months ago and no one ever returned my email or call me. Little by little all their cameras are failing/malfunctioning. DON’T BUY THEIR CRAP CAMERAS!

This app works really well SOMETIMES. But, it has a few bugs and limitations. The advertised features are really great and if everything worked as advertised, this app would be a 5. I have multiple cameras and systems across 2 homes. Image quality is very good. The camera group feature works well. The live view and playback features work nicely. But, the motion alert functionality is not very good; I will get an alert when the wind blows the trees or bushes around, but I usually will not get an alert when a car or person goes in or out of my driveway, which is critical. If an alert is actually generated, the alert viewer display does work nicely, and it is easy to get a snapshot or video clip saved. The Add Device (via QR code) feature is currently broken; it embeds incorrect data into the QR code so that any new cameras will not join your wi-fi network (the network name is blank or “Wi-Fi”, which will never work). I simply used a free QR generator to create the proper QR code (with the correct wi-fi data) and then new cameras can be added to the app and your account.


Terrible USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE

My cameras randomly stopped working due to their update. I spoke with 5 different service reps and they all said something different, but some how led to it not being anything they were willing to do. They lost a customer, and monthly subscriber.

Useless “help” function

I downloaded the app and set up an account. Unpacking my two cameras, but could not get them to join my network. So, of course, I tried the online help, but it would not recognize my account, and would not let me get to their help desk, or even query their existing solutions. So, have deleted the app and am returning the cameras, after having wasted two hours.

These cameras I have are the worst now!!! I have had 2 for over 2 years that have worked well for a while (outside of crashing) then i just recently purchased 2 more to place out. When i go to look at live feed, it constantly says poor connection. I am so tired of this. I have had my internet connection checked several times and that is not the issue.
