Last update broke program. I get notified when I receive a message but they don’t update in the app, so I’m unable to reply to customers.
Minimal functionality.

You can’t even save images, if they manage to come through. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app constantly to even get new messages to appear. Impossible to forward any messages or images.

The app logs me out and won’t accept my password. It is the correct number and password, I know this because I’ve logged in on my PC. Fix this near worthless app if you want to keep your customers.

Our company has found we can’t rely on this product and are looking at other options. The system freezes and fails to send messages daily. We hear an upgrade is coming- but it hasn’t for over a year.

This app has gotten worse over time. I try to respond to messages and they don't go through, the app is constantly crashing and new messages don't get updated when they come in. The service on desktop is great, but you guys really need to put some time into fixing this app becuase it's useless. Funny thing is it seems to work fine on my Android phone.
