This should be basic functionality. J can’t even text a new number unless it’s already a contact.

AWFUL app. Unresponsive, push notifications don’t work since October 1017. Spoke with multiple reps from tech support with no success.

From never receiving notifications on my iPhone to not even being able to edit the contact names, this app is almost useless. If these issues don’t get fixed soon I’m canceling.

Though I love be able to offer our customers the option to text us, the app needs some serious improvement. It does not notify me when I receive a message, so many times I don’t respond to customers for days bc I did not realize they texted. The phone app doesn’t show pictures received, so I have to log on to the computer to view them. If someone offered a better service I would switch, so please fix the app...

I use this to communicate with people I’m recruiting and the app itself is so slow. It crashes continually and freezes when I’m typing. I have an iPhone X so it’s not a phone or connectivity issue.

I work for a radio station and we use this so listeners can text us during our show. I love the accessibility, but one big update that it could use is the ability to send videos & gifs. Now when you send gifs, it just shows up as a regular pic. Gifs & vids would take it to the next level.

The phone app doesn’t work. It works great on the computer but I can’t ever respond to texts using the phone app. I wish they would fix this!

I guess their enhancement was making their app not open, app is garbage anyway

Used it for a year with a Radio group for texting contests and for the first few months it was Ok, after our first update the app wouldn’t work on IOS at all, Their solution was telling us to move to android based phones, no help from their tech support. Glitchy contact management. Couldn’t handle our volume of incoming texts. For what they charge, not worth it.
