Deleted and downloaded several times. Crashes every time I try and submit a mobile check. Please fix
Very good mobile app with improved mobile services
I’ve tried to get this to work on my iPhone for a couple of weeks now…I try one day then give up, then come back to it a couple of days later to try again, but it will still not download. I downloaded the same app on my iPad and it works like a dream. Not sure what the difference is but I’m glad I can at least use it on one device.
… look no further. Zion, Daybreak, takes care of the needs of their customer the old fashion way. Satisfying one customer at a time. You are recognized and greeted like a friend (dare I say family) whether it's walking through the door or just your voice over the phone. They know exactly who you are. Professionally, they are anxious to resolve any issue you may have and so far they are batting 1000 with our family.
So easy to use. I can check my account balances instantly. I know right away if a check cleared or a deposit went through.
Tried mobile deposit. It’s cute how you are using ancient technology to manually snap the picture of the check. Other banking apps are able to discern when it has a good image.
When the app works it’s satisfactory. However at least half the time I try to log in it is having an issue and I have to log into Zions via my browser. Also the check deposit feature works maybe 25% of the time. It used to work better years ago.
While scrolling through history if you click on a transaction for more details, when you go back to history, it starts you at the beginning instead of the transaction you just looked at .
