Takes forever to load, often many tries to get it to load. Mobile deposit app is average. is hit or miss. Won't even sign out properly. I use mobile banking daily and I will likely be leaving Zions as they have abandoned their customers with this horrid app. They just updated their app and I can't see any notable changes. So bad.

Mobile checking is difficult to use. I had to capture the check image in a dark room with no lighting. That’s ridiculous and unwieldy

The app is great to deposit from home or anywhere. I like that you can log on and let them know of a trip. Useful and easy to use from transfers to deposits or paying bills and getting to electronic documents. Good customer service anytime i call our local Castle Dale branch, they are always helpful and they go above and beyond.

I don’t know how to use the mobile app before this is the first time I try on my iPhone on my own. It’s very easy to use. I’m going to use mobile app from now on to making deposit from home. Zions bank appreciate you making it easier for Zions customers. Thanks

This app does not load for me. I get “Application failed to load”, message every time. Much easier and less frustrating just using online, zionsbank.com.
Zion’s Bank app won’t even load anymore!

I’ve had my account for about 2ninths and was quite happy with it till a few weeks ago (today is Nov. 15, 2021). It simply says, “failed to load, try again later”. I looked for possible updates at the App Store but there isn’t one. Once in a while I can tolerate, nothing is perfect but this is unacceptable!! PLEASE FIX THIS!! Thanks!

Is when I try to use this app--it's terrible! I honestly wonder if I can trust my money to a bank that has such horrible mobile banking. It never saves my id and I toggle it over to save my id and "sign off" every session. It takes way to long to load the app and I'd say 2 out of 20 times it actually works the first time I try to login. Please fix this app! It's 2017, I want to be able to check my bank account on my phone! Update: this app got worse.
