What happened?

This app used to work fine but now I get a blank screen on both my iPad and iPhone. Not only do my newly checked-out magazines not appear, but when I refreshed my library every single magazine disappeared. Instead of reading and relaxing before bed, now I'm aggravated.

The company is very confused. The login says I may enter a library card number number to login in. I entered the library card number. Then there is a error message that says i need to enter a email address to login in. But I don't use email...

This is the only on-line review that I have ever written. I will simply second all the negative reviews written by others. Would some kindergarden teacher please have their class write a more functional app?!!

Haven't been able to access my account at all for two days. Consistent with other user feedback below. Simply going to a blank screen. Very very poor app.

I was very happy with this app. Good selection of magazines through your library card. Digital editions worked wonderfully. Just this past weekend I tried to download recent issues and had a horrible experience. Same complaints as recent ones from June 2017 on. Blank screen except for "close" feature, all my back issues are completely gone and library will not refresh. Guessing I should also report issues by clicking the need support link.

Frustratingly poor app with multiple issues. I've flown twice recently eagerly looking forward to reading a host of downloaded mags only to have the app refuse to open. I get the "queued" message despite multiple re-installs and re- downloading of magazines. Even the techie librarians who have viewed the Zinio tutorial tried the app on the library iPad and experienced issues in front of me. As Zinio sure charges libraries a pretty penny for this app, is it too much to ask for it to WORK?? Sad.

what else can be said? I don't want to waste my time; the all complaints from other users apply here. People who wrote this app are not ambitious enough to release a product that they could be proud off. Just sloppy and don't know the meaning of pride.

I have used this app for 2+ years on a regular basis. It no longer work. Can't get passed the login screen to access my digital content. When I attempt to login the app redirects me to a Safari login page that fails to load.

When it works, this app is great. I can choose from a large selection of quality magazines and check them out for free, with no expiration date. Unfortunately, 4 times out of 5, I can't even log in. The app either doesn't recognize my user name or password, it crashes before loading my library, or it redirects me to the Zinio website to browse magazines but the website can't be reached. Zinio is badly in need of a major update.
