ISO Upgrade to 10.2.1 problems

Loved the app until I stupidly upgraded to ISO 10.2.1. Now I can check out a magazine but it will not open in app despite numerous refreshes. Please fix!

Downloaded the app and all of the magazines I've checked out for years appear! Of course there's not room on my iPad for all this mess and it all gets jammed up. Delete? Sure, but one at a time, and sloooooooow. Meanwhile, stuff accidentally starts to download and it comes to a screeching halt. Cmon programmers, finish the job before turning it in!

Why the gimmicks?

Took me a while to figure out that I had to pull the screen down to refresh the list of magazines. And I keep forgetting that I have to do this and wonder why my checked out magazines don't appear. Why program it for this extra step? Why not have the checked out magazines just appear without this gimmick? Would the app be any less useful or cool?

Used to work, though very clunky. Now, won't open any new downloads, just quits during initiation. Los Angeles Public Library should be ashamed of all the lousy 3rd party software they choose.

I spend more time trying to open and reopen the app then I do reading the magazines. Also when I delete a download magazine, sometimes it deletes from the app completely and other times it still show up as an option to re download at a later time (I prefer the latter) I hope they come up with an update soon to fix this issue :/

Zinio finds a way to crash during any user input and even during no user input. After each crash, login is required. "Remember Me" function does not. I hope our tax dollars are not paying for this cr'App.

One of the worst apps I've encountered. BUGGY! Why not automatically download magazines? Deleted magazines re-appear. Too many in queue...CRASH. Well it crashes 75% of the time....and I am being very generous with that number. Frustrating, yes, as there is no other option for my Library, there really is no reason for them to fix it, they have us by the cahones.

Why can't they get this right? I log in. I download. I open. I refresh. I can't get the magazine I want to appear on the app. I end up trying to read it online, which is a sort of download hell. This kind of info provision should be state of the art for a library app. Please fix this!!

This is a great app, when it works. Yes, it's useful that my library system offers this as a free digital resource, but if it doesn't consistently work it's useless. For no reason, I can no longer access my library of downloaded magazines. This has happened several times and I have have sent numerous complaints, which are usually resolved. Unreliable
