Search filters are limited or confusing

I have always liked using Zillow for its extensive categories and descriptions, but the app won’t allow me to turn on key filters like “rent or buy”. Also I’m looking for a house assigned to a specific school so as to not have to move my child, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do that. Finally, I know for a fact that the square footage reported in the house I am currently renting is approximately 50% greater than its actual square footage (I physically measured it and I believe it is reporting the garage and the patio as part of the living space). I’m not sure how to report the correction or if there is a function for that. But if not, I have to question the accuracy of all the numbers.

The availability of rentals are not updated frequently enough they are not accurate with areas that are renting at the moment. By the time this app finally gets around to list anything for rent their rented out. I know of 4 rentals listed that are not on this app and have been looking for renters for over a month that should be listed
Not showing rental prices

I wanted to use this App to find rental prices. Instead it shows me home sales prices. Useless for what it is intended.
