Search filters are limited or confusing – Zillow Rentals Review

I have always liked using Zillow for its extensive categories and descriptions, but the app won’t allow me to turn on key filters like “rent or buy”. Also I’m looking for a house assigned to a specific school so as to not have to move my child, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do that. Finally, I know for a fact that the square footage reported in the house I am currently renting is approximately 50% greater than its actual square footage (I physically measured it and I believe it is reporting the garage and the patio as part of the living space). I’m not sure how to report the correction or if there is a function for that. But if not, I have to question the accuracy of all the numbers.
